When the unboxing was done for the s24.. From that day til it got delivered was 8 days.. And going by what it says now tomorrow will be 8 days since the unboxing

Why then does Samsung.com's order history page say our phones have an expected delivery date of January 30th?

Is it simply incompetence that they can't properly work their own website well enough so it'll properly indicate the correct expected date of arrival? How incompetent is that?

Most of us only show 2nd Day service, which would, at best, equal Friday delivery.

When I checked my order status about 30 minutes ago, it said Expected Delivery Date Feb 7. I then got the email/text about 10 minutes ago saying it has shipped and Expected Delivery Date is Jan 30.

I ordered the 512GB Titanium Black and the Bud 3 Pro. Both are scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Wording says "by" feb 7th.Any chance maybe next Fri we get them? Was it last year or year before they shipped out really quick I recall. Maybe could they ship Mon and we get them Wed?

We're getting these shipping notices and delivery dates because Samsung created the shipping labels, once the label is created we start getting shipping and delivery notices. These dates will change everyday until the phones are actually shipped, this happens every year.

Before samsung switched to fedex before switching back to ups again they let you choose overnight shipping at checkout just had to pay like an extra $14. I would have paid it.

I ordered the evening of the first day and UPS says they still haven't picked up my package; Samsung's site still shows Jan 30. I guess I'll see what movement there is today, hopefully UPS will finally pick it up, and then we'll see what delivery date UPS gives me.

In the past I have ordered phones and got label created notice...then not received any notices until it is my hometown.
