You need to select no signature required when you ordered. I'm assuming you ordered thru Samsung, if not then disregard this.

Yes, and I'd seen the warnings but I was shocked to find it locked ALL options down, even paid or small things like seeing a more narrow delivery window. I shared in case anyone else hoped for a little bit of flexibility or maybe still has to order and can plan accordingly. No regrets, I wasn't risking theft.

got my new phone today question since i'm going to at and t store for them to put sim card in umm and still waiting on case to be deliver should i put case on before i go over there or should case be off
and again on temporary glass thing getting also in mail if i were do finger print thing i have to put that on 1st on phone before maybe i should let them do smart switch thing i don't know

I ordered my S25+ thru AT&T and it was delivered yesterday. I had previously ordered a case thru Amazon. I took new phone and new case to the AT&T store and they set me up totally, handling the Smart Switch transfer and even asked if I wanted them to put the case on. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. I left there a happy camper.

I didn't have a glass protector with me so I can't speak to that but they will definitely do the Smart Switch and case for you.

Daughter pre-orderd on the 25th and still no updates.

I ordered on the 24th and I've had mine since last Friday. Both orders said arriving by the 7th but not holding out much hope for hers at this point.

That looks more pinkish blue. A blue case will work, though.

Seriously though, I think it's because of Mango's reflection. It looks more grayish-blueish, and depending on the light and angle, sometimes it even looks a bit violet too.

My kids and wife like it, they say I've normally get white phones, that this one is more fun because it changes colors.

Mystery solved. My daughter scheduled her delivery to be picked up at Best buy. Apparently you don't receive any shipping information or anything until the scheduled pickup day of February 7th. First communication we got was that it's ready for pickup.

Needless to say she's excited to pick up her 25+
