So, who likes jellybean?

Is anyone just waiting to get in a closed room and start asking it everything that comes to mind to see what this can actually do without looking stupid? Nothing inappropriate, just to see what you can get your phone to automate.

Its killing me waiting for it. Most people think I am crazy anyway so asking my phone questions rather than telling off a pencil probably makes me look less so with Siri's digital rear around for iOS. Is it bad I am excited about talking to a phone/tablet?

None of my apps have automatically restored after flashing Jelly Bean ROMs. :(

You do have to log into your Google Account in the Market/Google Play first, of course. Sometimes it helps to log in, close the Market and clear its data, then try again.

Just think of it this way, at least we will be better off than our Blackberry and IOS neighbors. The wait is yet longer for them.

Your contacts and apps will automatically start re?downloading. As for pictures and music. It won't erase. Wait are you unlocked yet? If not then when you first unlock you'll lose your pics and movies. If you don't like all that cloud stuff just back them up on your computer like I did.

No i'm not unlocked yet,but I already uploaded all of my pictures and videos to dropbox.

Oh, it's still has it listed that I have downloaded and/or purchased the apps previously. They just didn't automatically download and install themselves like they should have.

Was hoping big sites would have switched to html5 before they ended flash on android

You might have to search for your favorite sports team first and then google now should pick it up and start showing cards.

I just flashed this a.m., so far so good. Do like having bragging rights with my friends/co-workers :).

As as side note, could someone direct me to the link on how to change the text at the bottom of the lock screen.
Thanks

I had to root and flash JellyBean too. I tried with ICS 4.0.4 when we were waiting for the Verizon OTA, but went back to 4.0.1. With JB, there is NO WAY I'm going back to ICS until after the JB OTA is ready. This is what the GNex should have been on release day. :D

Another question. My pulse news notification looked not nearly as awesome as it did in the key note. Any idea why not?

Well this is just a developer preview, the notifications for apps may not be perfect yet.
