So, who really fully charged it before using the first time?

So, the UPS man just delivered my Prime and dock about 30 minutes ago. There's no way I'm sitting around all day on a holiday without playing with my new tablet. I think I'm going to let it charge about an hour then dive in; keeping it plugged in of course. That shouldn't have any negative impact on the battery that I know of but I'm no expert.

No need to fully charge it first, although it charges up pretty quickly. You'll need to have it charged past 15% to run the ICS update. I played with mine during the whole first charging cycle.

Yeah, even waiting an hour is killing me, but I'm just doing that to make sure it's charged enough to use and update! I'm just glad it is charging and powered on unlike what some users have experienced.
