Soft key issues

I have a Verizon S6 was watching a video on facebook and all of a sudden my soft keys dont work... no back or recent apps keys work... nothing was touched on my end the video went a little weird and when it came back up my soft keys dont work. Short of a factory reset, anything i can do?

First, check in Settings, maybe it got changed inadvertently? If not, try below.

Try clearing the cache partition.

Turn the device off.

Hold volume up+home+power.

In Manual Mode, use volume rocker to toggle to clear cache. Power button to accept.

Then, toggle to reboot. Power button to accept.

Try that and see if it helps.

No such luck. Cleared it and still no go on the back or recent apps button. Factory reset only option?

Have you checked that you accidentally haven't enabled power save mode....

Yeah power save mode is off along with ultra power save mode

If you didn't make any settings changes, and you've tried all of the above, then, I would give that a try.

That didnt work either..Guess I will have to call Verizon and get a replacement.

Got the replacement.....it has the camera focus issue. When camera is launched, it is blurry. Wont focus unless you shake the phone. Have another one coming now. We will see
