SOLVED Stylus pad keeps replacing the keyboard

Every time my wife tries to do anything at all where the normal keyboard should pop up for text input, the stupid stylus "draw a letter" pops up instead. We hsve tried everything we can think of in the settings and nothing fixes this. Your ideas are sought, my brilliant forum mates. Please help us with this ANNOYING problem on an otherwise stellar smartphone. THANK YOU

You can change it back on the keyboard settings. That is a option. Long press the microphone and select keyboard from the stylus pad.
