Some àpps temporarily disabled after phone reboots

I haveca Samsung Galaxy M12. When my phone reboots some apps are temporarily disabled and grayed out and I can't use them for some time
Why does this happen???

It is because when your phone reboots it checks the SD card for errors and mounts it. So they aren't on your phone until it is mounted.

Normally u want keep a SD card for pictures, video, documents but to use it for transfer app data or internal storage is not wise it has slower write speeds then internal storage it can crash, cause freezes and fail.
Even if you use it just for photos/video back them up in case it fails .

Does it take that long for SD card to mount properly? I have to move some apps to SD card to save space on internal storage

Yes it can , it has slower write speeds
