Some quick pictures with my 9 Pro Fold

The corned beef and cabbage looks delicious.
It came out well. My first ever Corned Beef and Cabbage. I improvised with the Parsnips - I have to like those white "carrots!" The checkout lady said she had never had them and what were they like. Hard to explain as not really carrot-like but kind of sweet.

I know I'm old so I did not want folks getting the idea I had passed! :ROFLMAO:

It is not the Tidal Basin

But speaking of the Tidal Basin I thought about Obama's recent photo bombing of a family photo which reminded me of another photo bombing event from about 50 years ago. I took the picture of the picture which my dad took. He was a professional wedding photographer and this scene unfolded outside of the wedding venue. Another President from another era. JFK in case the image is not clear enough

And I recently got an air fryer so behold...

The cauliflower was not too large but the one below had to be resized downward!

Nice pictures! Of course, now I'm hungry. Your vegetables look so yummy!
😊

Okay, I give up. The last few days have been absolutely spectacular and I have to share them. Today I cheated and drove down to the beach. Yesterday was a bike ride and then two hikes. All jaunts were in Discovery Park.

I think there just aren't a lot of people who have this phone. The Pixel slab models are really popular.
I will admit that I probably preferred the original Fold's size overall. But the extra screen real estate is quite nice, too. Unfortunately, I can no longer compare them as this was the first and only time I took advantage of a trade-in offer and swapped the original Fold for this newer one. I have all of my other phones stashed away in drawers from Blackberries to other Pixel models.

Although I have recently salvaged my Pixel 6 Pro (?) so that I can play Word ZigZag which no longer works on the newer Android OS!!! I've been playing that same for possibly a decade, first on Blackberries and then on Pixels.

Yesterday's breakfast.

Sautéed some greens dusted with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Added two eggs for sunny-side-up, again dusted with cheese and salt and pepper, placed under broiler and then served.
