Some texts not sending with S4

I had a Bionic and traded that in on the S4. On my Bionic I the only time I ever had issues with sending texts was when I was in an area that had bad service, and never at home while in my living room, but now with the S4 it seems like 1/3rd or so of my texts are not sending while I'm in my living room ( I get that red exclamation point next to the text and a message that says something like message failed to send). I can then walk outside or next to a window and resend the text and it will go through almost always. I don't get what's going on here. Why would I not have had any issues at all with the Bionic sending texts in the exact spot I usually sit but now the S4 is having issues? Save service, same everything, the only difference is what is suppose to be a superior phone. Any ideas?

Is this SMS's you are talking about? Or some app?

I've never had this issue before with sms's... neither with my 2 week old galaxy s4...

Having same issues just recently...itll send small texts but nothimg long any help appreciated

I have a Droid 4. In the last 4 months some of my texts just don't send. It requires a restart. Then they send just fine. I don't know what the problem is. Frustrating.
It's little stuff like this that has me thinking my next phone may be an iPhone.
