Lately i have been getting this issue alot and ut is very frustrating. Damn thibg stops charging .see attached picture
Im running a rooted 3 on stock rom. I even turned off sync and still happens

Stock charger? The one that came with the phone?

If your phone reaches 120 degrees it will stop charging. Will start recharging when drops 110degrees. At least u got a message on nexus we got nothing

Stock charger yes and no. I bought the oem charger dock. It reached 133 degrees whem i checked it last . But on my car charger it works fine . This is very frustrating.

Being new to Android, I am not sure but are using the phone when charging? Try turning it off to charge or at least don't leave any apps running.

Oh i am very diligent on turning off apps. I tend not to leave anything running ever .
