Sony Z2 Tablet

[AC Question]

Hi there everyone,
Can you help me please, I have a Z2 tablet and I am attempting to transfer my photos directly from my camera to the Z2 directly via USB cable, I can see the photos on the Z2 but how do I save them into a new folder as everytime I disconnect the 2 devices the photos disappear, thanks for any help you can give

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect the camera and the tablet, use a file manager app on the tablet (either the stock on, or something like ES File Explorer) to see if you can copy or move photos over. It sounds like you were just using the Gallery app, which doesn't have any file transfer capability.
