Sound Huawei P9 Lite 2016

My Huawei P9 lite 2016 does not produce any sound when somebody calls me. He on the oter hand receives my talks very clear. Strange is that playing for example a movie I hear the normal sound. All other functions of the smartphone work normally also the ringtone when somebody calls me. Help very much appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that when someone calls you, you can't hear them, but you do hear the phone ringing when they call? Is this only over the earpiece speaker? What about on speakerphone, or using a wired or Bluetooth headset?

Try using the speakerphone. If that works, the receiver, the little earphone you put your ear up to, is bad. Considering that good used ones sell for under US$100, it may be cheaper to replace the phone than repair it.
