sound problems

on my asus memopad hd7 when i play music, whether on stereo wireless bands or wired headphone whenever i recieve pm or any other sounds (like game music or likewise) plays the music gets scratchy and makes noises for like 4 seconds then it fades away. how can i fix that?

Hello. Maybe a factory reset will fix it. Have you tried different earphones/headphones to see if the same thing happens? Or maybe get a Bluetooth speaker.

hi thanx. i have even used my tv as bluetooth headset and played through home theatre speakers , i have used like 5-6 headphones. no luck. still makes that sound. factory reset didnt help either. its really annoying. i cant play and listen to music at the same time. constant scratchy noises -_-
