sounds in ICS

hey all, ive been looking for an app that will show me all the sounds on my phone. i want to be able to use any sound for any alert, notification, phone ring etc. that i want. ive found some that seem to be more geared to music. i dont want to have to copy them and paste into each folder (alarm,alert,etc.). any ideas?....thanx
