Sounds Issues - Well this is unfortunate. ..

My S4 is brand new out of the box yesterday, but as of this morning I have no sound. No ringtones, no notifications, no start up music and when I make calls, no one can hear me. I have yet to download anything on the phone other than Zedge - does anyone have any ideas about what might be going on?

Try a master rest. If that doesn't work I'd take it back and exchange it for another phone.
