Spam websites "congratulations you won.." Keep opening.

[Android Central Question]

Those "congratulations you won" websites always open, no matter what I'm doing on my phones internet. I use samsung internet. Ive done adware scan, virus scan. Malware scans. They pick up nothing. I've got the samsung note 9. Its really starting to make me mad.

Welcome to Android Central! Also, in your browser, go to the settings and clear out the browsing history, cookies, etc. "from the beginning of time." Then, for good measure, to go Settings>Apps, select the browser, and clear its app cache and data.
