Speed dial problem

I set a number to the #2 speed dial button. Every time I try to use it, it never responds the first time. I long hold "2", and nothing happens. I then have to use the back key, hold it again, then it dials the number. This happens every time.

Anyone else experience this?

I had no issues with speed dial before but for some reason the same thing keeps happening to me now with all the #s
