Thought would be a good idea to post some speed test results.

Mine using the Sprint flash speed test at dslreports...

up 459Kb/s
latency 125ms

I'm in the Atlanta area

Obviously there are lots of variables involved in testing, so here's my numbers:

At work here I get maximum signal strength. Phoenix, Arizona.

0.41 Mbps down
0.17 Mbps up

this is the fastest I've seen in about 6 months. Yesterday it was .19 down and sub .10 up

In Charlotte, NC I average between 600-1100kbps on 3G and 6500-11500kbps on 4G for downloads.

I never broke 700kbps with my Pre.

If you're going to have such a thread, I recommend doing a more realistic test that mirrors what you are actually doing: downloading text and images. Post what you want, but maybe you can include the results of a toast.net Blue Angels picture download instead. You'll get extreme variations with all those other apps and they nothing but a mind something.

As suggested by Cory, went to toast.net blue angels. Got 2000Kb I assume this is download. So still around my original number.
