Speedpass+ US Version

I'm in Canada but I travel frequently to the US. I'd like to install the US version of the Speedpass app as well as the Canadian but Google Play won't let me.

I've tried other app stores like Amazon and 1 Mobile Market but none of them have it.

Can anyone help me get the US APK?
