Split screen

I hate split screen. I am constantly setting it off unintentionally. I have tried to find the setting to control or disable this, but I haven't found it yet. Is there a way to disable it?

I'm also interested in this. Does someone know how to turn it off? Or know an app that can utilize this feature? I always get the message that the app doesn't support it...

I've opened some combination of Chrome, Facebook, Twitter, vine, and instagram using the split screen feature.

There are some apps in the Play store to either disable the multi-screen feature, or add a toggle to the drop-down menu from the top of the screen, or both. Search for "multiscreen disabler" and try out different ones until you find one that works well on your phone. I did not want them interfering with each other, so I installed one, tried it, uninstalled it, and tried the next one, etc.
