Spotify users, if you're playing Spotify on some device other than your phone, do you see the Spotify playback notification still show up on your phone? I've been seeing this when I use the Spotify interface on my car (which is self-contained, and not dependent on a connection with the phone). Although I haven't seen any unusual battery drain, it makes me wonder if Spotify is unnecessarily using some CPU cycles on the phone when it shouldn't even be active. At the least, it's annoying to see the notification appear repeatedly, then having to swipe it away.

Do you share your account? If so, have them put their session on private in settings.

What's good on Android 10 like pixel you can pause the app or like Samsung you can put to sleep until used again

I think that's the Spotify Connect in action and I couldn't find an easy way to disable it.
