Sprint CES 2011

So far all Sprint has announced is the Shift and Blackberry 's Playbook. I know CES didn't technically start until today but that hasn't stopped Verizon and at&t from getting their devices out there.

Anyone have any idea when Sprint will be announcing new devices?

Well with two of the big three announcing dual core phones im sure sprint will also announce one.

We have the Epic, EVO, and now the EVO shift. Those are three decent phones on the market right now. The Sprint has something big coming up. You'll see.

They have to have something else ready to announce at CES. AT&T and Verizon announced some pretty big phones into the game. I am sure Sprint will follow

I personally don't think they will announce anything big this year at ces. I think they are putting all their hopes on the Evo line. Just my opinion though.

i wouldn't be surprised if they say nothing ...they aren't very big on getting the word out...lol

I don't think they have a Event, sprint normally doesn't announce at CES and always releases their big phones one June 6th.

It will be a big disappointment if Sprint does not even officially announce they are working on something bigger than the shift. But that is kind of Sprints style. They keep you guessing and then announce/release a phone in short order. Look at the Shift. They just announced it and it is available at The Shack. I think they are afraid that if they announce something bigger that is coming that it will effect their current sales too much.

I dont see HTC on that list also, that might mean HTC is working with Sprint on something big that can cause HTC to have there own conf in Feb.

if sprint seriously doesn't announce ANYTHING this week, i'm going to be really disappointed. i mean com'on at least give us SOMETHING... a teaser, anything? i want a honeycomb tablet!

if not, i'm just going to have to go pick up one of the TWO already announced by verizon when they come out. if sprint thinks they're going to lose money by announcing stuff too soon, they're going to lose even more by people like me being impatient.

What 2 are Verizon releasing before the summer??? Even better what 2 are they releasing before Sprint makes its announcement at CTIA...

Be happy they at least released the shift 4g. I was also furious last year and even threatened to leave after Sprint was a no show at CES and MWC. But then CTIA came, EVO announced......the rest is history.

As long as we get GB in a few/couple months, that will hold me till the Summer for a new phone.
