Here is the conversation I just had with Sprint Online Chat about getting my phone's MSL number ... I requested the MSL and "Megan" straight up told me she couldn't and gave me some shtick about company policy ... Then sends me to tech support ... Then seconds later asked why I needed it ... I just quickly made up a conversation that I had with tech support a while ago and immediately she gives me the number ... This becomes a bit tiresome that you have to go through these obstacles but the moral of this story is nothing is EVER set in stone with Sprint ... Always be courteous, Know your plan of action, and If one person cannot help move on to the next person ... You can ask two different people the EXACT same thing and get to totally different outcomes. That's The Sprint Way ...
