Sprint equivalent of VZW's *228 option 2 (update PRL)?

How do you force a PRL update on a Sprint phone? On Verizon its * 228 option 2. Is there a Sprint equivalent? I get horrible service at my office on my new Epic 4g Touch and though I would at least try a PRL update before returning it.

Go to menu, settings, then "about phone" or system updates, or something along those lines, depending on what phone you have. Should find an option for updating profile and PRL. I would do both. I would also try doing a battery pull and possibly a hard reset (last resort).
