I have no idea how Sprint still on top 4 services in US. Poor cell coverage , some area not upgrade to LTE yet ... ( yes, 2018 without LTE ) . And still no VoLTE ( only have it on select device , not at all ).
I've heard those and worse horror stories about Sprint.
In truth, I used to have Nextel, and they were acquired by Sprint, I stayed and gave them a chance.
So far, after more then 12 years, they haven't really disappoint.
Most of everywhere I go, I get signal, most of the time good to very good LTE speeds.
My boss has Verizon, there have been several places where he had only enough signal for text messages and broken phone calls and I had good service overall.
Of course there are places where I go a couple of times a year where I don't get signal, at all. But none of the other carriers do either around those places.
This time I was very close to jump ship to Verizon for the Note 9 BOGO, but with only 2 lines, they're too expensive.
Since Sprint gave me a great deal on 2 Note 9 phones (for me and my brother and no, not as great as a BOGO), we decided to stay.
