I messed up. I unlocked my phone and I can access the bootloader and with CWM touch recovery. All my files are gone because I accidently erased them all. I'm using a mac and have been unsuccessful trying to sideload anything through recovery, whenever I type in the command for adb sideload it just gives me the list of commands I can input and nothing else. I'm guessing this is just a problem with the Mac SDK, but I have no idea. I've read online that you can flash a RUU file through bootloader but it's not advised. I have no other option though. Can anybody out there help me? Is there a way to flash a system (.img?) through fastboot and then flash the recovery.img and boot.img to get it to work? Any help would be awesome, I'm close to giving up. I can never get past the "HTC quietly brilliant" screen.

Can you fill in the blanks on a few things.
Which version of OS was the device on? 4.1.2 or did you except the new OTA update to 4.3?
You said your unlocked, did you also have S OFF or was it just unlocked bootloader w/root and S ON?
Flashing the RUU thru fastboot is the normal procedure.
