Here we have the RUU for the Sprint HTC One 3.04.651.2!!! This RUU is for the Sprint One ONLY to restore your phone back to stock. You MUST relock your bootloader prior to using this RUU.

-Download Sprint 3.04.651.2 RUU

-extract zip to a folder on your pc
-boot into bootloader (various ways)
-using fastboot, type this cmd: fastboot oem lock this will relock the bootloader
-from pc, run ARUWizard.exe from the extracted folder. it will run the RUU utility & flash back to stock

The RUU isn't working for me, I get this message: Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_3_04_651_2_RUU.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged when I try to extract the folder.

Probably the file wasn't downloaded completely. The whole file size is about 1.1gb

It's fine now, someone suggested trying to extract the zip on a different computer over in the xda forums and it worked.

I am first timer in this space
I have Sprint HTC one. it was running on Revolution _HD 31.6 then I used Revolution_HD 62 after that my phone got stuck. then i tried to flash my nand back but now phone booots up and it restart every 3 to 4 min. then i locked my bootloader to go back to stock rom to fix problem. but when i ran RUU i came to know that it is for old version (1.29.651.10) and my phone is on 1.31.651.2. I havent found RUU for this version. i also tried to S-off but unsuccessful

My phone details are
Unlocked
S-on
Hboot 1.44


I need help. Will this RUU 3.04.651.2 can work?

Yes this should work. When you are s-on you can not use a RUU that is a older firmware version than what you are on ( you cant go backwards ). You must use the RUU that matches or newer.
what did you use trying to s-off? You are on hboot 1.44. you shouldnt have any problems. there is firewater, rumrunner and rev-one.
Look at this thread and follow the instructions in post #1 it will allow you to use the 1.29.xxx.x RUU and then s-off. With s-off it removes all flags and then you flash any version RUU for your model phone

Did you run the RUU after the commands? Looks like you rebooted

i will donload the file and try to update file image version. it's show this take 10 minutes . so i will waiting 10 minutes . finally it's show ROM install failed , you will download correct ROM file for your phone

my phone problem details :
we press the power butten it is on but show onely HTC One in the center of screen back round in fully white color. i will try reboot or recovery but it show only HTC One in the center of screen back round in fully white color.
so i will try to recover my phone , i will try the method of Sprint HTC One - Sprint HTC ONE 3.04.651.2 RUU . but it show ROM install failed , you will download correct ROM file for your phone. so please help me....
