Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: I've never used CDMA phones before so I don't know how to check. This will work on Sprint.
Condition: Like New/Mint. Seal on box is broken to make sure the device works, take pictures, and to update to the latest firmware, but never been used outside of those 10 minutes and never been activated. I called Sprint to make sure the ESN is clean and it is.
Includes: Phone, Original box with all accessories (manuals, USB cable, charger, NFC tags)

I'm just glad I used a spare Google Voice number so they don't add my real phone number to random telemarketer lists and didn't give out my email to them.
