Sounds like you didn't read the whole article. This a quote from the page. " Post 14-day – Asurion technicians will provide replacements. If no refurbs\recons are available, then the selection will default to new." I got my claim through asurion yesterday. Filled out the necessary forms and everything. My galaxy s10 plus 1TB in ceramic black is on backorder so mine would be obviously new.So if you're past your 14 days, they will give you a refurb.

I'd say not yet, I'm waiting for replacement phone from Sprint/Asurion which is back ordered. So did this Sprint Data issue get resolved? I am still hanging on to my S8 as of now but would possibly upgrade if this got fixed. Haven't seen much chatter since the 18th. Anyone?
My husbands is still bad after the update. Mine is a better Sprint refreshed my data. But yesterday my husband did some ## thing someone told me about and he said it got better cause the day before he had 1X the whole way to work. But where I have LTE in our house and it's still not great signal he has 1x or is roaming. But today I spoke to a Verizon person and it looks like after all these years we are probably going to switch this weekend. Even before this our signal wasn't the best in places where my friends with Verizon had better signal. Our phones our unlocked and Verizon said they could put a test sim in there and check signal. I wanted my niece who has a 9 plus om Verizon to come over and let me see how good her signal is here in the house but she was busy.
Yeah I would have swapped by now. A cell carrier that can't provide stable cell service is kind of pointless.
I think you'll be much happier.Yes we are switching to Verizon this weekend. Even before this problem I have had bad signal in certain areas that I need it in so hopefully it will be better after Saturday and we switch.
I think you'll be much happier.
Are you with Verizon? I lose my work discount of 23% that I had with Sprint and they won't give me a discount on unlimited plan but if I get my dad to come over from AT&T we get his military discount. I bought him an unlocked I phone 8 a while back and Verizon said it may not work so we'll see. I'm excited.
I just spoke to Sprint and they said if we lowered your bill would you stay awhile longer? I declined my friend who is on our account has an S7 Verizon said give them the IMEI # and they will see if she can use her phone if not she can trade in and get 300 off and the cheapest would be the S10E S9's don't qualify. Verizon isn't having problems with the S10's like Sprint is are they? It's just a Sprint thing right? Anyway I know I will be happier in a few areas but I mostly am on wifi anyway.
No I'm not on Verizon.Between the phones I have I use Tmobile and Att been happy so far, I think even if sprint lowered your bill it still doesn't make up for bad service in my opinion. Verizon big company little pricey but going to have good coverage.
Yeah if you can get a sim and try it out definitely go for itWell if I get my dad on and his military discount I won't be paying anymore I don't think and even if it was a little more it's worth it. Someone on the Sprint forum said other carriers are being affected also but it's mainly Sprint and that we could have problems on Verizon. I hope not! They said they could put in a test sim.

So your going to stick it out with sprint or leave them ?I just had a voicemail from the FCC again calling about the Sprint problem I filed a complaint I already spoke to somebody and they were going to give it to somebody higher up so I guess they were just calling me back which is weird cuz I called Sprint today about canceling to make sure we wouldn't have to pay anything and everything is going to go good.
