Sprint Note 4 wifi calling problem

When i drag down the top menu to toggle the wifi calling feature, its all grayed out and does not toggle on or off. In fact, it just rolls the top menu back up. Has anyone else been having this issue ?

When i look into the settings, as you can see in the screen shot, the 'turn on' button is grayed out but the 'force stop' button is able to be pushed.

Im confused. Whats going on here ?

Go to settings>wifi calling? Works fine for me on Sprint

You have to go into settings and set out up. Then it should work!

Yeah, make sure regular WiFi is on and connected to something, preferably your home network. Then turn on, WiFi Calling.
