Sprint Note 7 shipping status

I received my shipping status on last night 8/17/16 stating that my order has been shipped.
 
I just received the same update with a new expected delivery date of Monday, 8/22. I'm trying to stay calm by repeating to myself that it's just a phone...

I've been trying to tell myself that, and I'm not usually a complainer, however I don't think I'm going to let this go without complaining (not that it will do a lot of good but it's worth a try). I did pay for the overnight shipping so I'm going to at least try to get a credit back to my account for that if I have to wait till Monday for the phone. I was back and forth between UPS customer service and Sprint customer (non) service yesterday trying to get it fixed before it shipped out but they kept pointing fingers back at each other - sigh................................

I've tried pre-order before and didn't have many issues. I've also tried to go in the store and pick up release day. That was interesting because they had a waiting list they worked down and would call when the phone was available. It may be less frustrating for me to do that next time.
 
Received the same. I pre-ordered so that I didn't have to wait. I could have just went to the store and had it prior to Monday 8/22. Not a happy camper right now.
 
Ups website is now telling me estimated delivery august 22, 2016 which if true im gonna be extremely pissed off that's ridiculous when it says 2 day air origin scan n then now it's telling me august 22, 2016 all because sprint couldn't ship the phone yesterday morning or afternoon as promised i mean this isn't cool period I KNEW SPRINT DIDN'T ACTUALLY SHIP THE PHONES YESTERDAY BUT INSTEAD JUST CREATED THE SHIPPING LABEL TO SHUT PEOPLE UP N KEEP US FROM BLOWING UP ORDER SUPPORT n I don't know but I live only 1 hour 30 minutes from LOUISVILLE so no excuse for my phone not to be delivered today or tomorrow I mean it's absolutely unacceptable to have a Tuesday delivery date when ups has my phone now and I live less than 1 hour 30 minutes away that's just RIDICULOUS

Yep... UPS says delivery on the 22nd for mine. It is just a phone but I'm not happy about it. We'll see what Sprint does for me. Been with them for 14 years...
 
Same delay to Monday for me, first day pre-order also. They obviously didn't get them to ups in time, bastards.

No more online pre-order for me, moving to store pick up next time

Shame in them for having the release over a weekend where we have to wait three days extra, ugh
 
LOL, complaining that it'll be here Monday. At least you have shipping statuses update. I ordered 8/3, 9 am, and still don't even have a tracking #.

I just got the same thing, im hoping it will still be tomorrow and they only put that as a precaution. It has all day today to get where we all live so it might get to us
 
Same...delivery 22AUG. I pre-ordered on 03AUG. I called Sprint and went through the 20 minute question and answer with them. They transferred me to another department to resolve my "issue". A pre-recorded voice informed me that the department was currently closed and to please call back at 0900 EST. Never again Sprint.
 
Ordered black the morning of 8/3, still no tracking number or any update. This is pathetic on Sprint's part
 
I thought since i click chat from the order screen, that dude had my info. Then when he asks for it after giving me, what i thought was legit order status, i couldn't help but laugh. Surprisingly this lil chat has me in a good mood this morning. Im chuckling to myself just re reading it.
