Sprint Note 7 shipping status

I payed 15 for same day shipping so I could get it before I go back to college on the 21st. What was the point of one day shipping if it still shipped 2nd day air?

Same...delivery 22AUG. I pre-ordered on 03AUG. I called Sprint and went through the 20 minute question and answer with them. They transferred me to another department to resolve my "issue". A pre-recorded voice informed me that the department was currently closed and to please call back at 0900 EST. Never again Sprint.

The exact same thing just happened to me. Except I don't have a delivery date. I'm being told that I'm backordered.

I still have nothing. Ordered on the 10th. I'll be chatting with Sprint shortly if the status doesn't change. This is like the twilight zone. Smh.

mines says delivery by end of day monday. no need to preorder if this is the case. i ship stuff out everyday using ups and fedex so i am a member due to my job so i can see how long it should take to arrive. 2nd day air is eod monday ground it would be to my location tomorrow. 2nd day air is good if you live far away but for the people where ground its quicker just put it on the ground. i see so many customers pay extra money to get something aired and ground be actually quicker. smh btw im in north carolina

Ups customer care said sprint lied to all of us as the phones are currently in transit on the sprint truck to the ups facility as they left sprint this morning and ups expects them today so the origin SCAN is actually only showing on the way to ups so sprint not only didn't ship the phone's yesterday but the cheap bastards decided to send the phone's to ups themselves to save money instead of having ups pick them up which is why this **** happened BUT HEY THATS WHAT WE GET FOR GOING WITH A CUT RATE 3RD CLASS COMPANY LIKE SPRINT HUH

In the end it's just a phone and worth the preorder. Much less hassle. Who cares if you get it today, tomorrow or Monday.

I am grateful sprint went ahead approved me for service n provided me with a nice discounted down payment n everything I really am but damnt sprint you need to have your **** together when it comes to this note 7 pre order situation WHERE IF YOU KNEW IT WAS POSSIBLE PHONES WOULDN'T ACTUALLY SHIP UNTIL THE 18TH THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN EVERYONE FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY REGARDLESS OF PRICE as its called doing what's best to take care of your customers AS YOU KNOW DAMN WELL UPS WON'T DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND especially when we all pre ordered our phones for this very reason to ensure we would have them by the 19th at the latest

Yes I ordered blue,got shipping notification which said it was to be delivered on the 8/19 by the end of the day.i check this morning it has changed to rescheduled 8/22!

This is how sprint treats someone who has been with them for 12 years. Last year when i Pre ordered my note 5 I already head it for 2 days on Thursday and now we are all stuck wondering when are we going to get our phones.

Just received tracking for a blue ordered on 8/13.

In any case, were there any other retailers besides sprint who were actually planning to ship them before the release date (giving the chance of release date arrival)? I'm pretty sure best buy's site said they wouldn't ship until the 19th.

For my note 4 I pre-ordered in store at best buy- and while I got it on release day it was annoying to wait in line and activation took longer than I thought it would.

Just got an update for my blue ordered (from sprint.com) on 8/3.
Tracking number! But no UPS info yet..

I'm guessing this means that they JUST generated the label which means that their shipping by 8/17 is complete BS.
