Sprint Note Return Thread 2.0

So has anyone had any luck getting a refund from sprint because I went back to my note 3 when I returned it and i was originally told 6 weeks for a refund but after 7 I went to customer support and was told 5 more days and it was being handled. After those 5 days I talked to them again and they told me to wait another 5 days and now its been 5 days and i'm not having any luck.
