Searched in the forum and googled for a few days but didn't find anything concrete.
Long time Windows phone user and kinda lost in android land,
with sprint Arcsoft MMS on my touch pro 2 when an incoming
moving picture would come in the player would start up and I
would see the animated picture with sound, or what not,
I was also able to increase the send file size limit above 300k.
does android support this animated pictures with sound,
and is there a work around for the size limit on an unrooted phone.
