Sprint Preorder Thread

This is 100% wrong, sorry. The only thing that has to be done now is for ups to simply pick them up which will happen probably on Monday. I already have my IMEI for my note 10 plus linked to my account, how would that even be possible if sprint didn't have the phones yet? For those that have tracking, sign on to your sprint account and go to the activate tab and you will see your note 10 ready to activate.

I checked mine and it isn't there, but I did get an email with my contract info.

Probably not. It usually wants the WiFi Mac address along with other info..

You have tracking already? It should be there, you have to go through the steps as if you were actually going to activate a new device using whatever line is getting the upgrade.

So checked Sprints website and I do have the phone info on the activate screen... Still says delivery by 8/21... Still waiting for pick up from warehouse. . Anyone see any progress this morning

Every single group that I've checked on has tracking or shipping activity, except us at the Best Buy forum. Hoping by tomorrow there's some form of update for us

Whats the deal on that 50% off, i wasnt offered it when i pre ordered. Also, my lease is gonna be like $45.84 a month It shows on the sprint site it supposed to be like 26.04 a month for note 10+ .

That only works for a new phone order not an upgrade. You will still be eligible through Sprint to get the Samsung $150.00 gift certificate.
If you added a line through Sprint with the Note 10 plus or new 10 then you would have got the full discount through Sprint.

I upgraded one of our note 9's and was eligible for only The Samsung discount.
Mom didn't want the Note 10, even if I paid for her.
She's happy with her S9+ on Xfinity my wife set her up with.
Can you blame her?

It won't be any progress until that shipment is scanned to an actual truck. Patience. They are coming

i apologize for my wrong info earlier... but I have it on good authority that we should see movement within the next 24 to 48 hours. A lot of people who bought through samsung are getting there's on wednesday so let's see how sprint does.

Anyone know how to redeem the $150 samsung credit ? I got the phone registered through the samsung members app. Dont see any kinda redeem credits button in that or the samsung shop app.
How does this work ? Do we have to wait to order the phone accessories after activation of phone and we get some sort of credit code to use or ? Would like to get some accessories ordered from samsung before they're sold out or put on back order. I see most stuff right now is avail to ship like the 21st.

Someone mentioned we need the imei number in order to do it. We can get it on the samsung app after we get our phones.

Same. Was next to a sprint store and walked in. The guy there said they get a shipment in tomorrow morning. ??????
