Where did you go i dont see it in the app
If you open the side bar menu then click on "my inbox" it should load the promotion for you.
I went to sprint.com/activate,signed in to my account chose what phone I wanted to swap for my new s10P and when the activation was finished on their side I powered up the phone,went through the setup process and after about 5 minutes of the phone saying "registering your device with the network" it was activated and working as it should.Anyone else have issues activated the new phone?
