Once again Sprint is always a day early

I ordered one phone in early April, another last week. Both departed Louisville at 4:35pm. The early April s8+ is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. The Late April s8 is scheduled for the 20th. Nervous that one of them is likely wrong!

Just looked.. It's been pushed up by a day to the 19th

I checked online and there is only a tracking number for one phone. When I asked Sprint they said the color hasn't been received from the manufacturer yet. But when I asked why other people who order the same one after my order have their tracking numbers already they said the order is on hold. When I asked why they blamed it on UPS. UPS is not printing the shipping labels, they are. Sprint is not giving me any answers. I guess I will just have to wait until they get it figured out.

Just an update from my in-store order: I was able to receive a tracking number from Sprint and my black s8 will be here tomorrow!! So excited.

Sorry for the double post, but I was under the impression we receive the VR headset and controller at the same time as our phone. How do we get the headset if it isn't with the phone? Do we have to wait for it (to be shipped) or can it be picked up in store?

Once you have the phone, there is a Samsung website where you enter all the info and then it is sent to you.

You can get to the promotions site through the Samsung pay app on your phone. You'll need proof of purchase and imei and Mac address. I just download my lease agreement from my Sprint account online.

I'm in Washington state. Will be delivered tomorrow...both my Orchid Gray and Midnight Black S8+ phones. Two packages and two tracking numbers.

Well mine went active at 12:21 , Departed Ky1:43 with a 04/19 est . Now with 5:39 in transit it sent another email and states 04/20 est.

This stinks I already took off work tomorrow lol.

Update from UPS:
Order just arrived in Orlando (I live in Groveland (45 minutes from Orlando)) and will be delivered 4/19 by 7:00 pm.

Just noticed my package says 4.50 pounds, most other ones are showing around 1.40 pounds??? I hope its the VR!!!!

Mine is in Ohio. I set up a delivery window because my wife is in the hospital and I need a better idea of when it will show up. Hopefully it shows up closer to the 11:45 mark. I'll be setting up my new phone in a hospital room.

Sprint is now saying they are out of stock of S8+ models and we will have to wait until after launch date for the next shipment to come in.
