My son works for Sprint. They have them in store but got a very strongly worded email about not selling before 4/21.

I don't think this is the case, at least not with my store. I preordered at the Sprint store and mine is out for delivery! I at least better get it today lol

Congratulations to everyone getting their phones. Mine has been at UPS here in Orlando since 4pm yesterday and didn't​ make the truck so tomorrow it is. Most likely because it was two day delivery and heaven forbid they deliver anything early.

Yup!! I went today to pickup mine and they would not release it. They said its Samsung's directions. Also they said that those receiving the device at home would not be able to activate it till Friday. Is this true??

I am in Maryland too and mine switched as well. It rescheduled to today and then back to the 20th. It's sitting in Baltimore since yesterday. I'm confused as to why that happened. I am free all day today, so that would have been great.

Mine did the same. Went from the 19th to the 20th on the same day. It is sitting in the UPS location 15 mins from me. Have you called UPS? I called and was not helped.

Ups can't won't let you get your phone sprint and other phone carriers aren't allowed to let it go. It must be delivered it happened to me last year with the Note 7

So while entering the promo for the headset and the $99 bundle the website froze after saying my registration was successful. The option to buy the $99 bundle froze and now I don't know how to add it to my bundle. Not cool!

just received a call from the rep at the sprint store made an appointment for tomorrow at 3PM for pick up. So were underway
