You won't be able to get 4G LTE, since T-Mobile uses bands 2, 4, and 12, while your phone supports bands 25, 27, and 38:

You can probably get 4G HSPA+, but it may depend on your area, since T-Mobile uses bands 2 and 4, while your phone supports only band 2.

3G HSPA won't work, since T-Mobile uses band 4 for that.

Voice signal on 2G should work.
