No news is out at this time. I would expect within the next 2 weeks we should be getting a pre order but thats just me guessing so its not too reliable

HTC stated the phone would be out before the end of April in the US. I dont know where you are getting may 1st.

Wrong about the exact date... confused it with the S4. Easy to do seeing how the S4 is getting most of the attention.
