That is also my early upgrade date so good for us.
I am sure it is annoying for those who are ready to upgrade now, but have to wait for this phone.

Looks like the latest educated guess will be early November for Sprint's version.

I truly believe that is just too far out. Ready for a new phone and this is the one for me. Patience is not a strong suit lol.

Assuming that Sprint will offer both, do you want 16GB or 32GB of storage on your LG G2?
For me, 16GB is plenty. I don't keep alot of music or big apps so personally I don't need the larger storage capacity.

32GB for me. If I'm forced to use internal storage, as opposed to my SD card, I have to have the 32.

Waiting on Sprint to release the dang thing already.

All that really says is that Sprint will not have the phone available before Oct 12. They make no mention of how long it will take to ship aside from saying "in time for the holidays." Does that mean preorders might not arrive until Dec?

Yeah at first I thought it was pre-order now for Oct 11, but that does suck. Well, they announced a month ago that all versions would be out in 90 days, so I'd assume the end of October or first week of November. At least you get a free case out of it. Has anyone played with that case? Is it good?

My best guess is they will ship/release it the first week or two of November which would be prior to Thanksgiving and would fall under the actual definition of "before the holidays."

It does not say Tri-Band but does note "coverage enhancements" "network technology" "updated spectrum" and "improved signal strength."

Is there a definitive answer as to why the delay on Sprint? I mean, Verizon got there's before Sprint for goodness sakes. When was the last time that happened?

Theories abound:
1- November last year is when the previous model was released.
2- More Tri-Band testing.
3- Longer to build Sprint's version with all of the Tri-Band stuff.

Nobody is saying.
It is a major bummer for most.
My upgrade is not until Dec 1st so I have no choice.

This says the Sprint version of the LG G2 will be released on October 25th:

Dropped in my local Best Buy today to put my hands on one of the LG G2 that have been released.
Found an AT&T version but it was a display model only.
Phone is very nice. Not as big as I thought. Cool rear buttons.
Can't wait until Sprint's release so we can get ours.
At least we have the VZW and AT&T guys going back and forth on their models, working out the kinks, getting the tips, tricks & traps, etc so we will have it all ironed out.
