Are there any visual changes, besides the small tweak to the notifications? They moved the date/time to the top, but there's still a row for the 'Clear' button instead of having it be an icon on top.

It seems that the app, Flixster has been broken by this update. It is not working at all now.

Got the update last night, everything seems to be working like normal. No connection issues, though when I'm not using the phone/using data is seems to default to the weaker LTE signal (band 25) which I'm guessing is to save bandwidth and the 'better' bands for active data users, and all the apps I mostly use seem fine. Not really seeing any changes other then a few new options under settings, the white signal icon (not sure if I like that one), and the notification shade being changed a little. Can't say the phone got any faster, maybe when I go into the all apps section, but that's about it.

After a couple of days, my battery is starting to settle down.
When the update comes it wipes the cache and dalvik so the phone has to relearn all over again.
How is everyone else liking the chocolaty goodness of KitKat?

JUST did the update
- off the bat ofcourse noticed the notification icons are white
- I ALSO the weather widget the temperature are color coded red/blue
- text messaging background is slight different before the sky started off light blue at the bottom now the whole thing is blue..
- I know before I used to wish I can hide the "enter msg" box to see more msg for screen shots. not if your not typing the "enter msg" box is just a thin sliver at the bottom WOOT WOOT..

I am loving it! The battery is awesome and love the smoother feel of the OS. I just wish we would have gotten the album art on the lock screen.

So my band priority got reset after the update and now ##443336772# no longer works to get you msl. Other then calling sprint, any other way of getting it with another programming code?

One of my biggest complaints is double tapping the notification bar to turn off. I use Nova launcher so I don't have the option to double tap the home screen at the moment. But in doing the bar, half the time I'm pulling it down. It's so sensitive that it might pull it down and open the settings menu since that's a new option.

I turned Knockon off. It only works when my screen is on.
This app "Proximity Actions" in the PlayStore does a better job turning my screen on, and doesn't eat up battery.

I had that issue but when I switched over to Hangouts as my main mms I now get the pics my wife sends me

Applied the update friday afternoon. I can honestly say there is no difference in my day to day usage of the phone. No change in batter, no change in signal strength. The biggest change with this update is the fact that the notification bar is now White....Interesting that this was supposed to be a "big" update.
any one having issues with gmail?
i just realized im not getting push notifications on my gmail account like i used to.. i have to actually go into gmail app now and sync vs before emails came in live..
i tried removing then adding again but still having the same issue. didn't do the framework thing i patiently waited for my update. i do get this error msg now when i reboot my phone as well

do i need to HR my phone?
