Definitely glad I paid the extra $100 up front through Sprint and convinced them to give me an additional $100 in service credit... Delivery on release day @ the same price as the best buy deal with the QuickWindow seems pretty good now.

Dang should have tried that. All they offered me was waiving the activation fee. But I did get the phone for $0 plus a $50 gift card, so for me it's worth waiting two extra days

Amazing and I'd definitely prefer a free phone + a $50 gift card to the Quick Window case any day... esp since I already have a Black Poetic Palette Case...

The Black Poetic Palette feels great to the touch and is extremely low profile... which is perfect for me. That being said the SPIGEN definitely looks more protective but bulkier. If you need more protection go SPIGEN if you just want something thin and light nothing beats the Palette IMHO.

Damn, just talked to best buy and they still don't know when online preorders will ship. I did upgrade to the fastest shipping tho. They couldn't comp it, but they did offset it by sending me a $20 gift card. Fingers crossed it comes soon. I have a feeling this is the first and last time I do an online pre-order.

The last time I preordered from best buy they had the item to me on its release day. I'm still hopeful it ships tonight; otherwise, I won't preorder from them again.

If that is somehow the case, I'll be slightly annoyed that I paid the $20 shipping upcharge. However, I don't anticipate them overnighting all these phones at the last minute today. Anything's possible I suppose tho...

You're right I doubt they will overnight. It just ticks me off, if I preorder something I expect it on release day. That being said best buy never posted a release date on their website. Smh

Other threads are mentioning issues where you can't use data & voice at the same time on G2 & Nexus 5 devices on Sprint.

I'm thinking about getting one of those devices. Can anyone confirm that this issue exists? It would be a make or break feature for me.
