Staples Cancelling Orders?

I went to my staples account today to check on my order and I saw it was cancelled. Used the chat feature and was told mine would ship when the device is in stock between the 12th and 17th. Anyone else seeing their order cancelled?
 
My order said status: "researching" yesterday. As of yesterday they told me my order was good and would be shipped when staples received the tablets and that I should get it around the 17th. Today the status says cancelled. I think I'm going to call them again tomorrow because in some other forums people are stating that staples has cancelled their orders because they don't have enough and therefore those people have to wait until they get another batch from Google. Which would really suck if we had to wait up until August.
 
check the link Luke31 posted of my transcript with staples CSR.

if you'er truly worried like I was do the support live chat. its really quick no need to wait to call them + you will have a transcript if they try and screw you over :P
 
Update: I called staples and the canceling thing is not a problem and I just got an email confirming what the staples representative told me; so yay for that!!!

She also said we will be notified via email or telephone to confirm our actual orders and give us a shipping tracking number. The shipping dates remain the same as what they have told us.

So hopefully soon we will have the tablets in our hands !!!!!!! (Fingers crossed) :D

I also got an email from Staples part of which says:

As this is a pre-sale, the order number assigned when you pre-ordered will not provide valid tracking information and at some point will show a status of cancelled when tracked on Staples.com.

We want to assure you that we have reserved your Nexus and it will ship between July 12-17 ...

etc etc etc
