Status of Premier Customer 06-21 Online orders?

I ordered mine at 12:15 eastern and still says your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse

this blows
 
I still haven't got my email saying I can order as a premier customer, what's up with that?:confused:

I got the link, but I just couldn't do it, yet :)
 
I placed my order at 7:10am EST this morning.

I received my shipping confirmation around 7:30pm. hopefully it will be here by the time I get home from work :)
 
Called Customer service again...just to confirm that the order was processed. Good news: it has been processed and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow...but neither customer care nor the department that handles shipping/deliveries has the tracking number. However, the rep assured me that it would be delivered tomorrow and to check in the morning for a tracking number.

I'm done obsessing for now. If it comes, it comes. If not, then I can wait.
 
Just checked my order again tonight and got my tracking number. I'm tracking it now & says Next Day Air Saver so fingers crossed that it's in my hands tomorrow! Good luck to everyone else who ordered theirs today!

I hate sprint so bad right now...i ordered last night at 11:45 cst, and now almost 24 hours later I jave yet to recoeve a tracking number...order status guy just told me I may not get mine until thursday and then said he would remove the $12 shipping fee from my account...yeah, I know, its free shipping when ordering online, but hey, $12 off is a ribeye for dinner...
 
Everytime I refresh, I get "order number is not valid" or "order is processing". Well, which is it?

I called because I was having the same problem, the rep said that the Sprint website that handled that part of the ordering process was down and being fixed. It's back to normal on mine now. Still waiting for it to be shipped!
 
Still nothing so pulled up chat. Gave me another order number...no tracking number and was told I could call a number to upgrade to overnight shipping but currently I would get it in 3-5 days....should have just pre-ordered at the store 3 blocks from my condo.

No idea why they did this online premier pre-order instead of just a day early pickup in store.
 
FYI for those that ordered very early around 12am - 12:30 am, your order was probably cancelled and redone. My opinion is that they pushed us back behind some of the later orders. I don't have a tracking number yet. Check your order history. I ordered at about 12:30 am. Mine says:

06/20/2011 DM60-O-10924864 Cancelled $0.00
06/21/2011 DM60-O-10926408 Order in Progress

I'm going to check again 24 hours after my order. I called Sprint and they gave the 2-5 business days speech. blah blah blah.
 
Boy, chat sure doesn't give you any answers. They copy and paste what I see in my order status.
