Is it a residential address? If so, it's not a 3PM commitment. 3PM is business addresses only. It's notated. Residential deliveries are later, like 7 PM.
It's possible if you bought it like that. I don't see anyway TO order one on a separate plan without doing it intentionally, even if you didn't realize it.
Was it an upgrade? If you didn't select that line as the line being upgraded you would have had to select a new plan. Either way, call CS and see if they can correct it.

My phone was delivered to my house at 3:58PM EDT. I'm still at the office, but getting ready to bust outta here. 
Anyone else got incredibly f**ked by UPS? Just me? Oh, ok...
You see, the UPS man supposedly attempted to deliver, but my wife has been home all day (under strict orders Lol) and says no one has dropped by at all. Not only that, but they guy didn't even leave the slip couriers usually leave when no one is home! After telling UPS to have the guy re-deliver immediately since he didn't even have the courtesy to leave a slip after supposedly attempting to deliver, she said he can't and that there's no way to prove that he didn't leave the slip because 'It may have fallen on the ground or flown away.' Well, there's no way to prove that the lazy UPS guy left the slip, either!
I now have to go pick it up at the UPS warehouse in the middle of nowhere.

New to Android from Win Mobile 6.5. According to UPS, mine is sitting on my porch. Can't wait to get home.
Ahhhhhh so jealous! Won't be getting mine until I get off of work on Friday. I'll be paying Best Buy a visit at around 4:30 pm, can't wait!
i am jealous also, i pre ordered at best buy also i'll be there when they first open in the morning.
Had mine for a while and I'm still trying to get used to it enough to, get used to it. 
It's going to be hard to leave WebOS just from a UI perspective. I'll get used to it though.
BTW, the 3d is pretty cool but as I expected, kind of a novelty. Both pictures and video are really cool, but I'm having a hard time seeing a practical use. The Green Hornet movie that comes on it has a licensing limit issue already so I can't try that (I think there are threads about it, maybe a fix) but finding 3D content on Youtube, it's pretty cool. And I guess for 3D, it's not as bad as it could be as far as seeing it clearly. Better tha the movies with the glasses though.
It's screen being narrower than the first EVO isn't something I'm real happy about, but it's a little lighter and slimmer so maybe I'll get over it. Other than that, comparing both gen's side by side, I don't yet see a huge difference in speed etc. It's early yet, and I'm new to Android so we'll see how it does.
