Stock Clock/Timer not working

I recently changed my whole system setup from stock rom/kernel with DJ05 fix applied to DI01 to a full DJ05 rom/kernel/modem/theme. Just noticed this last night as its the first time I've tried to use it, but in my stock clock app (which I downloaded from sonofskywalker3 in rom manager) the timer does not sound off when finished. I get the message that "time is up" and have the swipe to unlock button to turn it off, but it doesn't make a peep. The alarm clock plays sounds perfectly fine though. This is somewhat of a big problem for me as my line of work requires me to frequently set timers and I really did like that one. Right now I have a different timer app from the market but I can't seem to find any on there that I like as much as the stock one. I'm assuming the problem lies somewhere in the deodexed version of the stock app or where it's pulling (or in this case not) the alert tones from but there are no options for the timer, like there are for the alarm, to choose a different tone. Any ideas people?

Same Problem

Hi, I have a Fascinate with DJ05, also installed the very same stock app using ROM manager, and have the same problem. FYI, it vibrates but does not ring....

I havent run into this (my phone does mute it if the ringer is set to silent/vibrate, however), but maybe the sound it is set to play doesn't exist on the system any more? If you transplanted the app or cleaned other areas of the phone that could happen and when it thinks its playing the alarm noise all you hear is the sound of silence. FWIW the stock app I am using (from DL30) appears to be hard coded to use the 'tic tac' notification tone. Maybe verify that it's present?

I checked and the ticktac notification tone is present! I just does't play when the timer runs down. ???
