Does anyone know how to make the music player list songs in numerical order instead of alphabetically?

There has to be another way... We shouldn't be forced to use a 3rd party app for a function that the phone is supposed to have

Edit: looking at the files in astro, it appears ones saved as mp3 sort properly in music player and m4a files sort alphabetically in music player. Found this link that shows how to convert the files in itunes, gonna give it a try when I get to my pc.

No way to sort by genre I can find. Gonna have to find an alternative if I'm not blind.

What I found is exactly what you said... MP3 files play in order, M4A files play alphabetically. I copied my music to a different PC and I will maintain that as a secondary iTunes library, all in MP3.
