stop crying about battery life and upgrade it!

Tried, no one can last more than 10 mins. Before they say they don't make enough money to deal with this kind of person and they have an emergency and I have to leave!

Ok
here is the definitive post. get a larger battey.
I have the 3500. Battery is now a non issue. Non issue. I just happened to see this thread. My battery door and case are not ugly. People who ask to see my cool, slick phone never even notice. I've never heard a single comment.

Battery life NON Issue! And a Hood Scoop baby nuff said! Thanx darrylb I didn't want to bring any angst here , I just wanted to bring knowledge To those who were willing to listen . I shall slumber now.

I often find it impossible to sate my power-hungry EVO's appetite, as I am often obligated to spend 10-16 hours of laborious bliss in the typical workday.

On those occasions that I can convince the mother Fakir to accompany me on a night's sojourn, the stock battery has proven more than sufficient.

As one might then surmise, I have therefore determined to avail myself of both solutions, each ideal in their own way. The 3500 is winging its proverbial way to the Fakir abode as we speak.

Why not have the best of both worlds? :)

Cheers and best regards,

Fakir

Mr. juice,

Your hood scoop is most.... prodigious, indeed. Pray you use it carefully. :)

Best Regards,

Fakir

How many posts on battery life and high capacity batteries do we need? There is already a sticky about battery life.

I pray the Mods close this thread.

Apparently, at least one more. :)

I am sure that for the experienced forum - dweller such as yourself, it must be very frustrating to see the same topics repeated and debated ad naseum.

I for one have found myself in your very position in other fora, and do indeed sympathize. I am not sure, however, that every subject must have one and only one thread - or that new ideas must always be appended to the end of a tome of War and Peace - like length.

To my mind, this topic was focused primarily on the virtues of the seido 3500 battery (albeit with some typical waving of parts private). This, strictly speaking, is at best orthogonally related to the topic to which you refer - how to conserve battery life.

I do hope you do not equate "newness" on this forum with "green-ness" with respect to fora in general. At least in my case, that would be a mistaken assumption :).

Cheers, and my apologies for the long-winded (and off-topic) response.

Fakir
