Stop Email Notification Sound From Repeating

Can anyone tell me how to only have the notification sound once when I receive an e-mail. It seems like 5 minutes or so later, it will ding again.

There's a setting for that, can't remember exactly where I saw it, but it was for one notification only and is set that way on my TB. I think its in the email account settings, but not sure.
